First, a bit about me: I am a self starter, a communicator, a geek, a writer; I have a background in client service, strong communication, time management, and problem solving skills. I have worked in web hosting and email marketing, with a strong understanding of various content management systems, email best practices, and social media.
I am knowledgeable in website design and creation, as well as Content Management Systems like WordPress, Joomla and Drupal.
I have trained both individuals and groups to use Email Marketing platforms and Content Management Systems.
I have over ten years of customer service experience, and in the last five years provided exemplary customer service to some of the largest companies in Canada, with a proven record of customer satisfaction.
I know social media and have advised others on how to use it, as well as provided strategy help to small businesses and arts organizations.
I host my own podcast, and can create and edit audio and video.
What I am looking for (in no particular order): 1) Client Services/Technical Support in an online industry, preferably B2B. 2) Digital Marketing/Social Media for an Arts Organization.
