I am a sucker for a violin cover. Groups like Vitamin String Quartet can get me every time. But this cover of Talking Heads This Must Be the Place (Naive Melody) by Kishi Bashi manages to mix the emotive sound of the string quartet with some killer vocals (if you don’t know Kishi Bashi, I recommend checking out The Ballad of Mister Steak) to check out what might be his most famous original.
